The problem we aim to address is the common misconception that plant-based ice cream and snacks are not as tasty as their traditional counterparts. However, this is not the case, as many people find plant-based snacks and ice cream to be even more delicious, with richer and deeper flavors. The stigma of "healthy" snacks, however, often prevents children from discovering these wonderful, healthy, and delicious alternatives. We aim to change that by providing an opportunity for parents to introduce their children to new and healthier snack options in a fun family environment. The 2024 Cream Of The Crop Plant Based Ice Cream & Snacks Taste Test competition will feature games, prizes, contests, art & craft booths, face painting, and much more. The highlight of the day will be the taste test competition, where several groups of attending children will act as judges to decide which plant-based ice cream or snack will win the title of the most delicious or the “Cream Of The Crop”.
